Ask an Admin+ to unlock it for you if the user is inactive for more than a month. Other than that, do /cinfo on the door, see who owns it, and ask them to unlock it

so ive got in my town and old house and i wanna put it back to sale which i know how to but i cant remove the locked door  is there any way to remove it?
