Lost points (idk where/if I'm meant to report this)

So,Yesterday I got my MT hw marked and got 12 points for it from a Gracen. After the shop update/when I logged on today I didn't have 300 (which is how many I had yesterday) . So I'm guessing it's due to the update or something because I have no idea how I lost 12 points overnight without being online xD
If Anyone could reply and tell me where to put these sorts of things for next time / possibly get the points back then that would be great, thanks
