kicked for no reason and cant get in

so yesterday i couldnt get in for  an update so some time later i tried to get in it said kicked whilst connecting to towny: put down the plolyjuice potion the minestry prohibts duplicate indeteties and its i am still kicked out of the server for no reason. Staff please Help me get in the server

I think this might be related to another post (http://forum.knocktu...st-list-glitch/) where we can see that apparently people who aren't online (seen on /glist) are still shown in tab, Albus being one of those. That might be why it says he can't get in because he'd be a 'duplicate'. 

Would this be fixable by kicking the duplicate using his ign? Or does it say player not found?
