FFOTD #18: The crazed game Rocket League is actually a sequel / update / remake on one of the creator's former games, named "Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars", has a nice ring to it.

FFOTD #5: Pepsi once ran a competition in 1993 in the Philippines that could win you 1 million pesos ($40,000 US at the time) if you had bottlecap number 349. Slight problem with that though, they accidentally printed 800,000 bottlecaps with that number, and nearly everyone was winning. They were sued over 500 times for this incident and many Pepsi workers died in the chaos that ensued.

FFOTD #4: The country of Vanuatu was rather peaceful during World War II, and only a single Japanese plane ever made an attack on this country. During all of World War II, only one death was logged for Vanuatu - Besse the Cow.
