Can't access towny chests

After changing my username, I can't get into my locked chests in towny. I am also not mayor anymore. My old username was Villager_17 if that helps anything. Also, the town is called Kurbis-Stadt

The chests don't recognize your new username. The /lock was made under the username Villager_17, as was the Towny.
