Yule Ball Feedback!

We're human, we aren't perfect, so therefore our events aren't perfect either.

Please help us improve for next year and/or determine whether it will be worth doing the Yule Ball next year. Fill out this questionnaire below and please do so honestly, I won't be offended.

Things I enjoyed:
I really liked the Couples Dance competition, it was well done and a lot of fun.

Things I disliked:
I didn't have much time to plan, so next year will be a bit more fleshed out.

Things that were done well:
The hall looked AMAZING, and the snack stand was a hit.

Things that could use improvement:
The Vote for Best Dressed and Cutest Couple was a bit disorganized and voting in general was chaotic, next year we will come up with a better system.

Things I enjoyed: The couples dance, and dancing in Minecraft in tune to what was playing on TeamSpeak

Things I disliked: The disorganization

Things that were done well: The Decorations and the Photo Booth

Things that could use improvement: Organization of Events, earlier mentioning of said events prior to the main event, and maybe a sign up sheet before said main event happens. So that beforehand you sign up for what dances or what have you that you want to do, and we have an organized list to go through people.

 

 

Overall the Yule Ball was fun and I hope everyone had a great time. 

Things I enjoyed: The speech from the Deputy Headmaster, and the speeches from a few other people. Just the speeches in general.

Things I disliked: The chat was very very spammy and there was almost no organization throughout most of the ball. There should've been some chat moderation features.

Things that were done well: The building of the entire place was done pretty well, I enjoyed the look of everything.

Things that could use improvement: The organization of the whole event. Like I said above, not much organization. The events could also be a more inclusive for everyone.

Things I enjoyed: I enjoyed the photo booth because the background looked really nice and that whole area was pretty organized. 


Things I disliked: The events weren't too inclusive (in my opinion) and there just wasn't much to do in general. After you get your photo taken at the booth, you just have to pretty much wait around for 30-45 minutes for the next event to start. There should have been a few more events.

 

 

 

NOTE: This post is JUST meant for feedback and I do not mean to offend anyone in any way regarding the Yule Ball. Overall the event was a nice thing to host but just had some things that could have gone better.
