sometimes when you die on the mineing world or something you louse all your stuff so if you drown or something its gone forever if you can't get it so can there be a command /back

Survival world is meant to be dangerous and a constant threat. It would be too overpowered if you were practically invulnerable, so this won't work. But what I do suggest is to constantly have a /home set near your location so that you can come relatively close to your death point.

I agree. It would no longer be that difficult. I once played on another server that allowed the /back command, and people were no longer afraid to die, because they knew they could just come right back, pick up their stuff, and be on their merry way. Setting a home is a very good tactic though.

We have /back, it's just not available to players, which is because dying is a punishment for failing to protect yourself.
