I was flying on my broom across the viaduct towards the Entrance Courtyard when an enormous surge of lag kicked in; the next thing I know I've flown into the rocks nearby with no escape before dying of suffocation shortly after, resulting in my losing a lot of items I had - some being very valuable.
Items I remember losing were:
About a stack of bread
2 potatoes
A diamond sword enchanted with sharpness III and unbreaking III
A diamond pickaxe enchanted with efficiency IV and unbreaking III
About 37 galleons
A book and quill
