PLEASE HELP! I'M STUCK!!!

Hi, I'm Bella Longbottom.

So basically i'm stuck!!

I belong to a community towny with several other people, each of us has a certain amount of land that they can use. So I was in need for nether wrack so I created a portal in my little area and went to gather some stuff. When I came back I appeared in a nearby portal (not mine) that belongs to someone else, but they have locked the portal with walls and doors around it so I can't break anything to leave.

I'm in towny, inside a portal. I can't go back to the nether and I CAN'T TYPE, so I can't go to spawn or one of my saved homes.

HELP!!!!! CAN SOMEONE TP ME OUT OF HERE???

ps: I'm getting super dizzy IRL because of the purple sparkles and the movements that it makes.
