Wearing flowers

I think it would be a nice idea to make it so that when we wear flowers as hats people are able to wear them on their heads as though in their hair.

Hehe. Not quite, but close. I gave her a flower and she used /hat to put it on but it was inside her head rather than on it, so I thought it would be nice to allow people to wear them.  :)
