Flying in Hogsmead

I suggest that people are able to fly on brooms in Hogsmead.

I suggest this because:

1.Hogsmead is known as a wizarding town, so there would be no issues with people flying there.

2.It's a bit weird to NOT be able to fly through it especially if you are getting there from Hogwarts by broom.

3.There's no reason not to unless there is a technical part that I don't understand to the situation.

Why not to have it:

If there is a technical thing with this that I don't know of/understand.

I'd like to fly too because it's sort of hard to get around and see everything due to the mass amounts of snow and hills. I get lost going up and down the same street.

I can add this to an allowed flying region
