Burglarized by bethloos1 (aka Rose Stevens)

So I was moving this chest around and I place it and put some things inside, and moments later Rose Stevens and another player are running through my apartment and checking all the chests. I went up to lock the one I placed but Rose was already standing there and she emptied it before I could get anything out.

Regrettably I do not have screenshots, but I assume staff members can check the history on chests to confirm this happened? 

The items inside weren't particularly valuable (just decorative skulls) but it irks me that someone stole from me at all. I'll admit that it's my fault the chest wasn't locked but I didn't expect someone to steal from me right after I placed it. 

 

My apartment is the one above Wizeacres Wizarding Equipment, the chest is located in a small room above the only bed there. 

I'll understand if there's nothing you can do (because the chest being unlocked is my fault).

Even though you didn't lock your chests, this is still against the rules. If I am able to get online today, I will check the chests and replace the items. The people who stole will be punished.

Thanks a bunch! I've played on a lot of servers that have a "your problem" policy on unlocked chests so this a relief. 

I have a lot to do tonight irl, so I don't think I'll be able to log on. You may have to ask an Admin+ in game to use CoreProtect to find out what you lost and who you lost it to.

I checked all the chests in your apartment, but none of them were accessed by anyone other than Antler (You, I suspect) and dave_icaria (Dave Harper). Both of you are added to the region here (as owners) as well as two other people. Did you remove the chests that were stolen from?

 

 

 

(PS, are ryuusilva180 and Umbra75 people you want as owners of your region or did someone forget to remove them? I've removed them for now since they haven't been on in months and it's a little fishy.)

Yeah I did, I thought it was all figured out and I needed the storage space. Sorry about that. @n@; 

And yeah I think they were the previous owners, their perms must've never been removed. I'm not sure if they own the shop below too but it seems pretty abandoned.

Well, that's fine. I get the impression that you don't care a whole lot about the items you lost. I'll try to track down Rose Stevens and have a talk with her.
