If they use separate accounts(different login info) then one account being banned typically does not affect any other accounts using the computer. The only exception to this is if the IP Address is banned as well. Go to the full post

As it states in the server rules:

If someone else is using your account for any reason, the rules that are broken are still applicable. If someone does something that will get you banned, you're banned. Mojang prohibit's account sharing, therefore if you for some reason share an account, you need to discuss this with the person you share it with, because we can't unban an account that constantly breaks rules.
