"How did you get your name?"
About two years ago, I played on a typical RPG server with classes, special items, boosts, quests, etc. Still, the mechanics of the game interested me because it stood out in a way that I could not at all understand. During my days in that server, I was the all-time try-hard. I wanted to be the best, and desired complete dominance over all. So, I spent the majority of my time farming bosses, gathering ALL the rare items, both armor and weapon, and acquiring all the powerful skills.
One day, the Owner watched me during my usual boss farming and had noticed that I acquired a Rare Item, which was basically a sword with great enchantments compared to the other decent weapons you could buy in shops. He offered me an option:
"Want to make that sword your very own?"
There was no way I would deny that. So, I accepted. Then, the Owner asked me:
"Which do you value the most?"
He presented me with multiple choices: power, dexterity, courage, etc. So, I answered:
"Knowledge."
[No wonder I was put in Ravenclaw.]
The Owner was content with my decision. And so, the Rare Item was given to me, truthfully mine, and was given a custom name. I was honored as he awarded me with the sword. I checked my inventory, and there it was with its epithet in bold font:
