As we tried explaining to you a couple times on the server:
You first find a shop that is available - Either in Diagon Alley/Knockturn Alley or in London.
Regardles, you can go there using /spawn and walk around untill you find an empty shop, which says something like "This shop is for sale for xxx galleons" when you enter it.
It you like the price and location, gather up the required Galleons, stand in the shop and do "/helpop Buying Shop" while an admin is on.
Have in mind that Admins have many tasks and might be busy and you would possibly have to wait a bit before getting help.
Directly messaging them, spamming /Helpop or yelling out in global constantly while waiting for help will not make it faster either - quite the opposite.
