I cast Glacius on the Hufflepuff common room fountain and now... well,yeah. It's glitched out...

The effects of Glacius are only temporary in-game. It may take a while, but the fountain will return to normal if you just wait it out.
Unless there actually is a glitch....in that case someone may need to actually restore it back to normal 
Keep practicing your Transfiguration though (in a safe manner of course) xD
