Alex Martin - Spamming repeatingly in Great Hall

So, ignore my mini-modding, but there was nobody else around to help at Great Hall, but after he did it a couple of times after I told him to stop I got Veara (I was speaking in house chat to get someone), he stopped when Veara came to Great Hall but I still believe something should be done. His username is AlexRules0077.

Your /near shows I was not only on but relatively close, did you inform me of this? I may have been afk mind you but I don't recall you contacting me regarding this. If you did and I didn't respond then my apologies, but if not, Moderators are meant to deal with problems like this, so if there is a Moderator on, even if they're not nearby you, /msg them and make it known to them what's going on, we don't get paid every week for nothing.
