So recently I've wondered what exactly people consider 'cheating' when dueling. I personally consider the use of brooms, potions, and any foods that inflict status effects (GApples, Bertie Bott's, etc) to be cheating. What do you guys think?

Brooms are cheating as well as any pre ready spells. And I can't leave out potions and other things you eat to get an advantage. So basically you should start as if you just re spawned.

Not everybody considers all of these cheating tho, like I don't consider preloading spells cheating and this poll was made because of somebody who didn't consider brooms cheating

I think abusing spells/overusing spells that have some bugs or are glitchy is considered cheating and is very annoying  :angry:

I think brooms are ok in like, the arena by the Quidditch pitch if everyone has one, but in the dueling room they're not really appropriate imo

I agree with the apples and whatnot though.

Mostly I think that before a duel you should discuss all of these things, as one person could easily deem that the other person is cheating.

Personally, I don't like it when people use Rictusempra. Rictusempra is evil. ;-;

Macroing obviously. Other than that name calling! You shouldn't hurt anyone's feelings! Also @Reia language, same rules as global apply here.

I Think it depends on what the two who are dueling have considered. If both are flying, I Think that's OK.
