yesterday (04/13/2016) something really weird happened. i was in gringotts and i went to change the $ i had for galleons. i accidentally clicked on the sign that says "64 galleons for $10944" and it showed the typical message of "You don't have $xxx to pay!". but when i did /balance again i had $129 instead of the previous $9123.90 and NO galleons on my inventory. I tried to get out of the server and back in to see if it would fix it but it kept saying $129 on balance. Then I changed some knuts to money to see if it would fix the problem but it didn't, it just added $10 more. I have no idea what happened with my money and i have no galleons either (only the PREVIOUS G i had before), can anybody help me??
also when i realized it wasn't going to fix itself i took some screenshots if that's useful? I tried messaging Richela in-game to see if she could help but at the end it came to nothing.
honestly i just want my money back pls?
