I can't give you a time, because I / we don't know the issue, but I'm guessing once Nomsy figures out what's wrong he'll be able to fix it pretty quickly (/pray). As for Nomsy actually getting online, I have no clue. It could be five to ten minutes, it could be 1 to 2 hours. Depends on his work schedule and personal life.
