Items went poof

I logged on and my books [spell book 1 and 2] have gone missing alone with around 50 galleons,30 sickles and 20 knuts. I have no idea how all of it vanished I probably lost some other stuff too I just can't remember what I had in their appart from them things

Thank you, Can i alos report my  missing RavenClaw Bennie, it may just be a 9.1 update problem. But its gone, its okay if this takes time, I know the server bugs come first.

@CocoaSmiles The Ravenclaw Beanie is a blue carpet so you should be able to get the carpet. If not, I have some blue carpet and I'll give it to you when I get home today.
