new spell

okay this is another spell from league that i think would be interesting here and its from if you play the game the new champ Taliyah its her q so when you do the spell the area around u becomes worked ground so for that could make grass dirt stone cobble cobble maybe moss? any way you shoot 5 projectiles at your target in the way u were facing when u cast it maybe instead of shooting 5 projectiles maybe a status like slow? and if u do it again in the same area it wont last long/or only shoot one projectile out would make fighting fun and more thinking instead of sitting in a protego and staying near the same area and maybe u can make it that anyway who casts a spell in the *worked ground* the spell power is maybe halved or just degraded while doing spells in it so you can maybe make traps with it kinda but yea thats the idea 

That sounds like a good idea. Although I'm not a programmer, it sounds like a spell like that could lag the server.
