I was there and witnessed it.

From what I see he was spell spamming and didn't mean to hit him, being he has to cast it like 600 times for it to hit him.

Either way, you shouldn't spell spam in the gh so I guess that's bad.

Of course, he may not have done it on accident and is just bad at spells. But if he hit you, it's still hitting you.

It seems that he only hit you twice out of the 7 times shown in the image. Casting on other students/staff members is against the rules but this looks to be an accident. A higher staff member can determine if there will be a punishment or not.

Considering that spell bounces and he is spell spamming makes me think that this was not intentional. I dont see enough evidence to support a punishable offense,
