Thor isn't able to report (don't know how) so i did it for him, as he cast on myself as well, and by checking logs you can see that Lis Edgecombe did it to Thor as well. 

he wasn't xD He'd been doing it for the past 2 minutes.

Did anyone do anything to provoke them? Like cast on them or something.

Not at all Skallent. I apparated to GH and I was instantly tickled, as well as Thor. He was just standing there and he got tickled as well.

Also, protego does this kind of stuff a lot. I'm surprised there weren't more reports about him tbh.
