Hey Guys it's me again!
ColonelBubbles (Bob Sinstra) Had an idea but for some reason he can't post his idea so he asked me to do it for him.
So his idea is town chat this would allow you to chat with anyone who is in your town, Because some towns are to big to just use Local.

Hope you liked the idea again it's not mine it's Bobs :D

Towny is not our plugin, as such we have no control over the chat they have or their data.  Towny has a chat plugin, but it would clash with ours.  Sorry, but unless we end up doing bungee and the chat gets split, this won't be possible.

Towny's API is messy and slow.

 

And like @Pandette said its going to become very difficult keeping track of towns when we eventually migrate to a new system
