If you want to have money on the main world, you need to sell at the shops on diagonally or in London. If you sell them in the mining world, it's gonna stay there

When trying to make money I went to the mining world and collected a bunch of resources and sold them, when I switched back to the main world all the money I made was gone. It seems the money I made is only in the mining world, is there a way to get my money to the main world, or did I do something wrong?
