Gim Chapman & Marcus Thomas - Griefing and Killing in RA town

(Too many bad noodles, I swear I've made 20 reports in total)

Eevee Miller and Gim are residents in the same town, RA, owned by Bellatrix Sinta. Long story short, Gim and Marcus were killing Eevee multiple times, and grief the town as well to get to her.
