You can apply for a House change in the House Applications forum, under KnockturnMC Official. There is a post regarding the format and requirements for a House change application, which you must follow.

Hi! I would like my house changed to Ravenclaw. A couple reasons for this is 1) My Pottermore account is Ravenclaw and 2) I did not know about last names influencing your house.
If not, thats okay, but I would really like it if it was changed.

Your also going to need atleast year 3.
