a better way to help players

hello so i have noticed that Multiply people can and sometimes do respond to a  Helpop and i found that not as productive so i found a plugin and its a "Ticket" system and what you do is /sendticket and it sends a ticket to all mods and stuff and to "grab"  the ticket you do /opticket (username) or just click it in chat i know you might not like this suggestion but i just wanted to suggested it 

We don't really have an ordering system to it. We see a new player, we help them. We respond to HelpOPs (If we can / see it) almost immediately. I don't really think we need this.
