Lost Items

So today (August 6 2016) I heard Rose [horselover2303] Harper was wanting a pet. However, she was broke, so I told her to meet me at the GH, where I gave her two stacks of Galleons. (128 G) After this, we went to buy an owl and a leash. The owl was 100 G and the leash was 1 G, so she had 27 G. Then the server kicked everyone so we could restart and fix spells, I believe? When we logged on, the money, owl, and leash were gone. 

Hoping someone can help Rose get her items back! (27 galleons, 1 brand new unnamed owl, and 1 brand new leash)

She is currently unable to log in, so that's why I made the post.

If you haven't fixed it I am logging on right now to see if the chest originally containing the galleons now has them as I had bought and lost some books/quills but regained the money, and a book of notes was also undone. 

NEVERMIND. The galleons were not in the chest, so uh, if you can help, that'd be good.
