New party system

So, as of now with the party plugin everyone who is in the party(and near) gets EXP. What I am suggesting is that there is a option to not get a share in the EXP. The EXP would then be divided amongst the other players in the party who are near. This is because not everyone wants EXP but may want to help out.

No.  This will lead to people boosting other players.
