Hey, no worries! Just do /helpop when an admin+ is online and you'll be able to get your chests switched to your new username

If you are having trouble being online when an admin+ is online too, you can always send me (or reply here) your apartment coords and I can just do it when I get online.

Recently I changed my username to "ewitselsa", and I forgot to unlock all of my chests in my apartment. Thankfully, my chest in the Ravenclaw dorms isn't locked for me, but it's quite sad to be unable to not open my chests in my apartment. If it is possible, can somebody with permissions unlock my chests for me?
