from what I can see here: 

1) he is holding a glass bottle - it could be a potion but you cant know for sure unless you can see his inventory 

2)  caps in global - warning to him for doing so 

3) swearing in global is another matter tho 

4) flying inside - -1 point 

5) the /msg he send could be after Draco casted Orbis and Rictusempra on the guy and then logged out. (I have taken points from Draco for doing so) 

6) him being upset like that could be because Draco was calling him a " Faggot" 

so what I see is that both parts are wrong and mad at eachother, so they are just screenshotting everything trying to make staff punish the other part. 

I would say that both of them should find eachother ingame and say "I am Sorry for my actions" and then post a screenshot here. and if they dont feel like doing that, then we punish both for breaking rules. 

so they have a chance of making peace between them or they will all get punished for their actions.
