Here's how you can put a spoiler in your forum signature.

 

1) Copy and Paste [.spoiler] (Message) [/spoiler]

​(Remove the . )

 

​2) Put what you want to write between the two [spoiler]'s

(If using an image, copy the image and not the link)

 

​Easy enough, right? I hope this helped!
