IGN:J1440

I am new to the server and have no permissions, I also am missing some items. I've tried on a new account and it all worked. Is there anyway that my player could be reset, the IGN is J1440.

Likely that you joined during the few hours that it was completely broken (A month or so ago). Catch an Owner online and tell them to add you to the permission group 'user'. They will understand.
