So just a few minutes ago in Charms class, Josh took points because apparently "I continuously set off stuff from WWW" I did set off one thing I will admit that but he warned me so I didn't do it again. Someone else had set some off and Josh had just assumed right then it was me and therefore I lost points for it. What made this even worse is that the second and third time Whizbangs were set off, they came from the opposite side of the room as me. Can anyone do anything about this?

I saw the firework originate from your body. I am not stupid, I can see. Also, after setting of one firework, any logical person would immediately suspect you for setting off a second right after. Especially when you're laughing maniacally in TS, coincidentally when the second firework was set off.

..Josh was doing his job.

Also, you didn't in include any proof of you NOT using products from WWW, how are we supposed to take this report seriously if there's no evidence?

@FroschThink obviously you can't see, that second one came from the other side of the room just FYI.

It came from you, I'm done replying as I did nothing wrong.

As Kat said, you aren't providing any actual evidence of perm abuse, so there can't be any action taken.

Aside from that, I ask that you please keep in mind that it can be very hard for Professors to tell exactly who did what in a hectic classroom. Yes, there will be mistakes made. I'm not saying that I know this loss of points was a mistake, but if it was, it was a very minor one. Please take this into consideration.
