Move Herbology Bins

Currently, Herbology HW bins are in this stone tower looking building with a glass dome. This, however, makes it extremely hard to describe as a Professor where the bins are, and even harder to find. I propose we move it to Greenhouse 7, which is by far the most used greenhouse. This would not only make it easier to find as a simple "It's in Greenhouse 7" could lead someone to find it. It also increases probability people will do Herbology HW as they will know where the bins are.
