Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, and Slytherin all have different views, and all think the other Houses are worse.

Well, I think that they should all be valued, and that people should have a piece of each. These are the values of each of the Houses, though there are obviously exceptions:

GRYFFINDOR: Gryffindors are valued for their chivalry and daring. They are most likely to stand up for a friend, and are not afraid to do many things. They are the most sought-after House.

RAVENCLAW: Ravenclaws valued for their intelligence and resourcefulness. They know what to do in many given situations, try their hardest in classes, and like to help people in need. They are estimated correctly, and are geniuses!

HUFFLEPUFF: Hufflepuffs are valued for their hard work, patience, sense of justice, and loyalty. They will stand up for their friends and help them, they will patiently help any new player, even a dim-witted one, will work hard in classes no matter how smart they are, and will not cheat people out of something or lie. They are the most underestimated House.

SLYTHERIN: "Slytherin is leadership and the ability to take charge of the situation.  It's not about valuing different types of power or being wicked.  It's about knowing what it takes to gain power, being able to attain it, and seeking it.  The reason Slytherin is often viewed as wicked is due to the fact that with Power comes Corruption and power makes people evil.  All great leaders must commit acts of cruelty, because one in power is either cruel or loved, and usually both come hand in hand.  The reason Slytherin is despised and why "Every Dark wizard is a Slytherin Wizard" is because none of the other houses would take such a role, because it's not power they thirst for.  Dumbledore being a prime example when he did not seek the role of minister, which would give him more power, despite the fact that he was the 'better' wizard over fudge.  Voldemort & Lucious Malfoy also being prime examples. The cruelty of Slytherin is that they know what they want, and they will make any leap or bound to get it.  IE Narcissa Malfoy who would even defy the Dark Lord to protect the thing she wants most: The safety of her son." -Pandette

Good things about the four founders:

Godric Gryffindor had a sword made that imbibed only things that were good, and made sure that any true Gryffindor that needed help would find it in the form of this sword, therefore providing help to his students even after his own death.

Rowena Ravenclaw fashioned her students into the wittiest students, and this was sure to help them a lot later in life.

Helga Hufflepuff was the only founder to say that she would take any student, and therefore showed incredible kindness and patience, and she taught her students all that she knew and treated them equally and fairly.

Salazar Slytherin worked in harmony with the other three founders, despite his natural thirst for power and leadership.

Do you mind if I copy and paste that onto the original post?

Those were very good descriptions of the houses, especially Slytherin.

Hufflepuff's description undermines our house. We are also an extremely welcoming house, even to trolls.
