Lost Items (not in relation to the item frames)

I dun goofed. I was minding my own business, playing on Knockturn, having the time of my life with my SsXx1, Varapidos, and wand (among other things I can't remember) in my inventory, and then I remembered that I didn't finish doing something on a different world. So! Little ol' me switched worlds to the other one WITHOUT storing all my stuff in a chest, and long story short, it's all gone. I realize this is on me, 'cause I was warned to take all my stuff out of my inv before switching, but I forgot this time around. If I can get my stuff back, that'd be delightful, but if not, I understand.
