I have spoken with Aidan who strongly insists his derogatory terms were simply humorous memes. :/ I have discussed with him that this type of 'humor' is not acceptable here on this server.

I have also had a conversation with him about reviewing the rules we have here on this server and if he wishes to make it at all here, he should not use such terms or behave in that way towards other players. I also reminded him he should not cast on other without permission.

The only other thing I can say here is that whenever you (this goes for anyone reading this) have an issue with a player, let that player know immediately "hey, I'm not okay with this language" or "hey, please do not call me __". Then the player will know not to continue with that behavior, and hopefully won't. If they do continue to call you things or be rude, then you have already warned them beforehand not too and can then build your evidence of their misbehavior.
