Adoption?

Can you adopt, like make people change last name and become your adopted children? 

 Me and Gareott Armstrong ( BellaCruella, Asurakwesi ) wants to adopt Maymay Blackthorn and Hallow Gibson, they've moved in with us and such.. but can they change last name to REALLY be family?   

   No hurry or rush, also sorry. I don't know what kind of topic this is, PROBABLY help topic.

Process for adoption is the same as normal last name changes.  600 galleons.
