Gracen taking points no reason

ok i was sitting in the corner of magical theory i turned around to cast expulso at the wall i only casted it once then she took 2 points on me for casting on some1 cause apparently i accidently hit stormy i hit the wall not her and she takes points off me

i was there and Bella is telling the truth

Cora she never gave Bella a warning

it was before 10 mins not after 10 mins had like 17 mins before class stared and she did not warn me not to cast ewither

It is officially 1 am. Typically this would be in effect to me being cranky and annoyed. However, I am giggly and content soooo. Good evening! As mentioned, Gracen has in fact taken 2 points from Hufflepuff from somebody that she doesn't have an issue with. Bella was casting spells in my classroom while I was still inside of my classroom and the incident happened during the period of time where the classroom is qualified as mine. I fact checked this incident in my book of Knockturn rules and even took the correct amount of points. Bella was sitting ontop of the homework bin, where Stormy had been sitting. In between being pushed off of my desk and being progressively expulso'd by Gareott Rimma, I saw Bella casting spells in a close proximity in the direction of Stormy Potter. Now. I have taken points from both Gareott Rimma and Bella Scarlett. I warned them not to cast in my class. 1. Magical Theory is tiny as all get out. You can't even cast Lumos without being blinded half the time. 2. I only took 2 points from each of them. It's not even that many points? And they were warned prior to the incident. 3. Taking points takes too much effort. I don't take them often because I physically need to go out of my way to do so. Not only this, but I had to mute class due to being bombarded with messages by Gareott Rimma even after asking him to stop, and Bella being immature. To be quite fair, Even if I did give him his points back, I would have later taken them for spamming the number 3 in chat as I tried to teach. On other occasions. Bella also has been known to cast on others. Bella has avoided having many points taken before. Even if I am not the most sound to answer this post right now. I reported to Fritz and gave him permission to return the points to him if he did not agree with me. I haven't taken points to anything that is in personal offense. I have taken points for the spell casting in the small classroom that is Magical Theory. I hope that this issue has been explained and will be resolved with no further incidents. If people cannot refrain from casting in a magic less class, then I suggest they simply not walk into the room. i did not cast on stormy and was not before 10 mins so casting without permission does not take place ......... i did not cast on stormy in the first place and u did not warn me at all to not cast....... and i casted expulso once against a wall.... it was way befroe 10mins before class the reason points were taken in the first place is wrong i did not cast on any1 i cast against a wall not stormy so i did not cast on some1 without permission

After checking chat logs and reading all of these replies, I have come to the conclusion that the points were not taken unfairly, and there is no reason to return them.

I have confirmed in the chat logs that Gracen did give a general warning to everyone to stop casting in the classroom. 

Right now, it's Bella/Gareott's word against the word of Gracen/Stormy, so that isn't really a reliable way to tell who is telling the truth. Even if Gracen was mistaken in seeing Bella cast on Stormy (which can't be confirmed or denied), it's two house points. Furthermore, Bella wasn't the only one who got points taken. Both people who were still casting got points taken, so she wasn't singling out Bella. 

Long story short, the points will not be returned, and, honestly, it's only two house points. This really wasn't a big deal to begin with. This much frustration and arguing shouldn't have occurred.

and gracen gets away yet again...... the whole reason i loose the points is cause i casted on some1 with out permission i was facing a wall and casted expulso it has a aoe affect i really dont care loosing points i hate getting blammed for somthing i diddnt do yea if i had casted on stormy i would not mind but i diddnt and was blammed and points were taken i do not accept that what she did was abuce of perms saying i casted on some1 with out permission that was the reason i lost points but i did not cast on any1 in the first place

@Richela don't bring me into this about loosing points cause i could care less if i lost points i could earn them back easy

This issue has been deemed resolved, and these replies are unnecessary. If you have any further issues with this, mail me on forums. However, please do not go out of your way to bug either Gracen or Richela about this inceident.

If you had real proof (screenshots, video, etc) of you casting the spell at that time at the wall, then the points would have been given back. However, there was no proof to support this argument, so giving the points back would've been odd.

The fact that not only Bella lost points was very relevant, and I never mentioned that you were the one who lost them. Also, if you don't want to be involved in a report, please do not respond to a report several times.

Like Cora said, any further issues can be mailed to her or another staff member on the forums. However, proof should be provided with a report.
