Try clicking the Notifications button at the top between Messenger and your name.
The drop down menu that appears should have an options button next to "view all notifications"
When you click options, you'll go to this page that has two columns: Notification List and Email.
Here, you can control which posts/messages you get an email from and even a notification from on the forums.

As said in the title i keep getting emails when somewone replys to me in forums chat and i check the forums enought times a day. I dont need emails ro remind me is there a way to disable it???
