Will Edwards - Abusing bugs/glitches (?)

So I was in GH, and Will was casting blauflamma and casted it near me. Once he was successful, he punched me using blauflamma.

After that, I casted rictusempra on him (I know I shouldnt have but I wanted revenge?) and he then left, to avoid it, using yet another bug/glitch.

I think this results in a ban? 

(Also I know I casted on him without permission so, I should get points taken. Sorry)

Jack was there also, so he was a witness

He needs to be told to not abuse these, and then if he continues to he may receive a tempban.  If after the tempban he still does, then yes a perma ban.
