I haven't noticed any major differences from 1.9 yet, it actually feels a bit smoother to me though.

Hmm, Andrew for me in most locations around Hogwarts, I tend to lose FPS quite quickly, but I don't really know to be honest.

always been like that for me, mainly in diagon alley and sometimes great hall.
