Lost my wand

I was at Hagrids having a duel with Chessur Crabbe when he casted Expelliarmus on me, my wand wasn't on the ground and when I tried to summon it, nothing happened. Is there any way to get it back or at least get my casts back?

If Chessur casted Expelliarmus on you, it's probably in his inventory. Along with casting that spell, is the rule that you have to give it back, in which case, he is breaking the rules with not returning your wand.

If he does not have it, I would suggest checking the lost and found. (It's like going to DADA or HoM but in the first hallway, go straight into the office)

When I casted expelliarmus on him, and saw that he didnt drop his wand, I automatically looked into my inventory, the whole inventory, all the slots, and I didnt have it. That's why I was surprised. If you want to check, I only have two wands: One of them is on my inventory, which is a sycamore, and it's my wand. The other wand it's on my ender chest, and it's my other wand, the one that I started casting with. If you wish you can check my chest at the common room, my ender chest and my inventory, but I dont have the wand. After me looking that I didnt have the wand, and Jack also didnt have it, we looked for it, without finding it.

I'll cgeck if a bug occur also, you guys know accio isn't universal right ?  Yuo have to aim in the general direction of where you want the spell to look.
