Loss of a lot of things

So, yesterday (Sunday) I was a Year 3 working on my town with wood and other blocks, but then i had to log off. The next day I lost a lot. I lost my year (I'm y2 now) and my tier (I'm supposed to be tier 5, but I'm 4) and more stats and blocks and things. This is a list of lost items.

- 17 Galleons

- 36 SIckles

- 24 Knuts

- 1 Supreme Egg Nog

- 3 Amazing Pumpkin Juice

- 11 bread

- 32 baked potatoes

- 134 Birch wood planks

- 5 Dark oak saplings

- 130 Polished Diorite

- Lemonslipper Gobstone

- Magikarp Head

- Honeysuckle seed (Herbology)

I know what some people may be thinking, and no. I am not making up any of this stuff. I had all of this, and i don't have it anymore.

I also used to be tier 5, year 3, with 196 house points, and a nonverbal bombarda, which are all no longer.
