Help! I can't get pass the registration!

I got to the last part of the registration where it goes, "If you are satisfied with this name then you can be finished. If not, then you currently have 0retries left to retry the last name or the quiz." And then, YES, NO, or START OVER, and every time I click on YES, it says, "An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command."
