“What is this place?”
The Howler is shop owned by the combined forces of Luffy[Lufiteab]Howlett,Zoe(App)[Senpai__App]Tripp and Haila[LittleBoocreeps]Malfoy. It has been a labor of love and it has finally opened on December 17, 2016.It is a two floored establishment with a cafe on the bottom floor and a bar on the second floor.

SURE! Roleplay in the Howler is completely allowed and encouraged! If you ask one of the owners(if we are on)you can even get a menu!
“How Do I Get There!?”
+To come to my fabulous shop go outside the Leaky Cauldron.
+Past the cab and down the street to the Bright purple Night Bus.
+Make a right into a brown and white building.
+Go up a quartz staircase go up until you reach the top floor.
+On the left is The Howler Cafe & Bar.
