So there was a player recently that was thinking that their Helpop didn't work, I am suggesting they get a simple message like "Staff will be with you shortly" or something so they know it worked.

Maybe instead of ignoring helpop that needs higher staff you could claim it, tell them what they would need and how to see if one is online etc :/
A lot is simply ignored and brushed off without telling them that they in fact need an admin+ who is not online/has been AFK for a long while or even just saying "Hey try making a post in forums/discord cause we can't help you right now :/

Literally, I have told the helpers this 100 times and they don't listen.
